This is an absolute disgrace! A 15-year-old illegal immigrant, driving 90 mph, kills an innocent 24-year-old girl and walks away with probation?! What kind of justice system are we living in? The left's soft-on-crime policies are turning our streets into war zones. Kudos to John Weaver for speaking out!
